Job summary

Advantage Label & Packaging, a UFPI Packaging Company, seeks a Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and coordinating departments to meet cost and productivity goals. You will develop production schedules, align with other areas, and forecast plant requirements to maximize efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of three years in production supervision, a solid understanding of flexographic processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as production supervisor or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of flexographic pre-press, press, and finishing activities.

Responsibilities

• Formulates long- and short-range business plans and goals.
• Staffs and develops operations to meet production targets and cost objectives.
• Ensures asset protection and proper maintenance of machinery.
• Monitors quality, efficiency, and safety across production areas.
