Job summary

Advantage Label and Packaging, a UFPI Packaging Company, is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and related departments, aligning production schedules with cost and productivity targets.

The role requires developing plans, coordinating activities, staffing effectively, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the plant. A Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of supervisory experience is expected, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of experience as production supervisor or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of flexographic pre‑press, press, and finishing activities.

Responsibilities

• Formulates long and short range business plans and goals.
• Ensures plant assets are properly managed and safeguarded.
• Staffs operations to meet production levels and cost objectives.
• Leads and motivates production teams and coaches subordinates.
• Analyzes operations and layouts to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Manages inventory, procurement, and finished goods packaging as required.
• Ensures safety, OSHA compliance, and policy adherence.
