Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Plant Manager in Janesville, WI to lead manufacturing, maintenance, quality, safety and continuous improvement. This executive role focuses on productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction while partnering with senior leadership to shape the plant’s strategic direction.

You will manage budgets, capital planning, and workforce development, while driving Lean initiatives, TPM, and standardized processes across the operation. A strong leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in plant/operations management.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, capital planning and workforce development.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost objectives.
• Develop leaders, build high‑performing teams, and align with senior leadership.
