Job summary

Leeco is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee production, distribution, warehouse, and maintenance to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate fulfillment of orders. You will lead supervisors, set priorities, and drive savings and performance improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or operations management.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, and maintenance to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Lead and develop supervisors and staff; set priorities and optimize staffing, workflow and schedules to maximize productivity.
• Monitor daily operations: inventory control, quality assurance, shipping, receiving, floor productivity, space utilization, equipment usage, and customer service.
• Develop and improve processes for product handling, storage, inventory management, shipping methods, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance to maximize equipment uptime through preventive maintenance and planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and improve performance.
