You will lead a hands-on team, develop frontline leaders, and use ERP data and KPIs to guide decisions. This role demands strong communication, P&L awareness, and the ability to manage change as the site grows.

Qualifications

• Progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience improving safety, quality, productivity, and overall plant performance.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Packaging, printing, converting, or related manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience using ERP, KPIs and data to drive performance improvements.
