Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee a busy Wisconsin plant. You will lead all operations and production personnel, and champion safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across the operation.

You will establish and monitor operational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics; partner with leadership to execute business and growth strategies; coordinate cross-functional activities with manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance; and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with progressive responsibility.
• Proven success leading teams in a production environment.
• Strong background in operations management, process improvement, and employee development.
• Experience driving productivity, profitability, and organizational growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
