You will own operations and P&L, champion continuous improvement with Lean Sigma and ISO 9000 standards, and develop local talent to meet future business needs.

The role emphasizes strategic governance, capital planning, and a strong culture of quality, delivering world-class yields and sustainable financial performance.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive operational leadership in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus PSM experience (PHA, MOC).
• Lean Sigma mastery with kaizen events and sustainable improvements.
• ISO 9000 quality systems knowledge and VOC integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety-first culture and plant operations across shifts.
• Scale throughput, manage supply chain coordination, and P&L ownership.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Sigma and ISO 9000.
• Ensure rapid, defect-free execution with strong customer focus.
• Plan CapEx and align site strategy with overall business goals.
