Job summary

The role oversees supervisors, schedules, quality, and cost control, trains new staff, and collaborates with HR and other departments to optimize performance while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.
• Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations for filling and repackaging gases into cylinders.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with all laws and company policies.
• Analyze production schedules and align staffing to meet deadlines.
• Coach and develop subordinate supervisors and associates.
• Maintain records and prepare routine reports; coordinate with HR and maintenance.
