Job summary

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Plant Manager, Fabrication to lead our Watertown fabrication facility. You will oversee production, maintenance, quality, and safety while driving efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, KPI monitoring, coaching supervision teams, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, and logistics to meet deadlines and reduce waste. Strong leadership and safety focus required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of plant or operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, cutting, forming, CNC).
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Lead and manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Supervise and mentor department supervisors, team leads, and staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics for smooth flow.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage plant budgets and control operating costs.
• Oversee hiring, training, and evaluations of plant personnel.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and other safety regulations.

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Plant Manager, Fabrication to join our team. The Plant Manager oversees all daily operations of the fabrication facility, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for managing personnel, optimizing workflow, coordinating with engineering and logistics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and company objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (e.g., welding, cutting, forming, CNC operations).
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
