Job summary

Pivotal Health Solutions seeks a CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain CNC equipment to produce high-precision components. You will read blueprints and inspect parts to ensure specifications are met.

Responsibilities include tool selection, calibration, process adjustments, quality checks with calipers and micrometers, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining or manufacturing.

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures
• Monitor machine operation and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as necessary
• Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete production records and follow quality assurance procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product standards are met
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team.
