Pivotal Health Solutions seeks a Plant Manager, Fabrication to lead the fabrication facility’s daily operations, ensuring safe, high-quality output and adherence to regulatory standards. You will manage personnel, optimize workflows, coordinate with engineering and logistics, and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals.

The role requires directing production, maintenance, quality, and safety, while mentoring supervisors and overseeing budgets, hiring, and evaluations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of plant or operations management experience, preferably in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (e.g., welding, cutting, forming, CNC operations).
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer and project deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Supervise and mentor department supervisors, team leads, and production staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication equipment and machinery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage plant budgets and control operating costs.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of plant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
