Job summary

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-precision components in Watertown, SD.

You will read drawings, select tools, monitor feeds and speeds, perform quality checks, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet exact specifications.

Requires 2+ years of CNC machining experience and a high school diploma; a full benefits package is provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and saws.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as necessary.
• Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete production records and follow quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product standards are met.

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team.
