Job summary

ForceSource seeks an experienced Overhead Door Operations Manager to lead installation, maintenance, and service projects. You will coordinate planning, manage teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional client service across overhead door operations.

You will drive efficiency, quality, and safety on infrastructure projects, mentoring field teams and optimizing schedules, procurement, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with overhead door systems or related trades.
• Strong scheduling and budgeting skills for project control.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overhead door installation and service projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Procore.
• Oversee procurement, estimating, and cost management to optimize profitability.
• Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and vendors with safety and quality focus.
• Review plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of specs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety policies.
• Use Prolog/HeavyBid and other tools for scheduling and budgeting.
• Conduct site inspections and document progress and changes.
