Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or Industrial Management is required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 4 years in a higher-level supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, production planning, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Directs manufacture and assembly at optimum costs while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Ensures on-time delivery with minimal WIP and efficient use of people, machines, and materials.
• Develops cost, scrap, and rework reduction programs to improve EBIT.
• Controls production cost, inventory, and shipping through subordinates.
• Coordinates execution of manufacturing schedules based on sales requirements and plant capacity.
• Maintains availability of raw materials and supplies to sustain efficiency.
• Reviews recommendations on machinery, equipment, and facilities upgrades.
• Oversees safety, environmental compliance, and labor relations as applicable.
