SRM Concrete in the United States is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager / CDL Mixer Operator to oversee daily ready mix operations and operate a concrete mixer truck when needed.

You will lead a team, ensure safe production, quality control, and exceptional customer service while sustaining OSHA/DOT compliance and equipment maintenance. This role blends management with hands-on field work and offers growth opportunities within SRM’s nationwide footprint.

Formación

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Previous ready mix concrete plant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience operating a concrete mixer truck.
• Knowledge of batching systems and concrete production.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily batching and production of ready mix concrete.
• Schedule production and deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Supervise plant employees and coordinate daily work assignments.
• Monitor inventory of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other materials.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Operate a ready mix concrete mixer truck when needed.
• Safely transport and deliver concrete to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain delivery documentation and DOT compliance.
