Job summary

Glanbia Valencia, CA is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead the facility’s safe, efficient and compliant operations, focusing on quality, cost control and continuous improvement.

You will develop and implement production plans, manage capacity across shifts, mentor staff, and drive capital projects and ERP initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on safety culture, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. We value diversity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent with a background in engineering or operations management preferred.
• 10+ years Production managerial experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with liquids flavors production, dry powder blending and spray drying is a plus.
• ERP/MRP experience; SAP and/or SAGE programs a plus.
• Equipment and automation proficiency; PLC systems and automated batching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe operations and develop a strong safety culture; support EH&S initiatives.
• Strategic development of 24/7 operations across all plant departments.
• Develop and implement plans to meet quality, cost, schedule and inventory goals.
• Provide leadership to build a strong site team; mentor and train future leaders.
• Oversee continuous improvement and capital projects including ERP implementations.
