Movement Search & Delivery is seeking a Sr. Plant Manager to lead operations around West Palm Beach, FL. The role directs a cross-functional team to meet forecasts, budgets, and strategic goals while driving process improvements and safety adherence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in plant/operations leadership, metals-related manufacturing experience a plus, and preferred P&L responsibility. This is a senior, high-visibility opportunity with advancement potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or Operations Manager.
• Metals-related manufacturing process experience a plus.
• Previous P&L experience preferred.

Movement Search & Delivery is working with company that is a global supplier of advanced technology components to the automotive, aerospace, and medical markets to identify and evaluate a Sr. Plant Manager. This is a direct hire position and located around West Palm Beach, FL.

What You Will Do:
