Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring that all activities align with the company's goals for efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Maintain strict compliance with regulatory agencies, ensuring that all plant activities adhere to established industry standards, including GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and SFSF (Safe Food for Canadians Framework), if applicable.
• Lead quality control initiatives by overseeing and enhancing processes that safeguard product quality and consistency, while also implementing continuous improvement measures to boost overall operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to achieve seamless operations and meet production targets effectively.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in agriculture, grain, or feed.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance in a manufacturing setting.
