Plant Manager Opportunity in Sheldon, IA

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring that all activities align with the company's goals for efficiency, productivity, and safety.
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulatory agencies, ensuring that all plant activities adhere to established industry standards, including GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and SFSF (Safe Food for Canadians Framework), if applicable.
