Job description

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee operations related to Ready Mix Concrete and Sand & Gravel.

Conduct routine maintenance for the fleet, coordinating with the mechanic at our shop in Bath, NY.

Travel for day trips as needed.

Perform tasks including logging, data management, and timekeeping.

Act as the safety leader at the site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

What Are We Looking For

Strong commitment to safety.

Proficiency in reading and managing profit and loss (P&L) statements.

Comfortable with employee development and discipline.

Mechanical experience would be a huge plus.

1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Day shift with potential early starts during busy seasons.

Occasionally work overnight or holidays, but not routinely.
