What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee operations related to Ready Mix Concrete and Sand & Gravel.

• Conduct routine maintenance for the fleet, coordinating with the mechanic at our shop in Bath, NY.

• Travel for day trips as needed.

• Perform tasks including logging, data management, and timekeeping.

• Act as the safety leader at the site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong commitment to safety.

• Proficiency in reading and managing profit and loss (P&L) statements.

• Comfortable with employee development and discipline.

• Mechanical experience would be a huge plus.

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Work Environment

• Collaborative and inclusive team culture.

• Day shift with potential early starts during busy seasons

• Solid 10-hour workdays.

• Occasionally work overnight or holidays, but not routinely.
