Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and safety.
• Lead, mentor, and develop salaried and hourly teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Manage budgets, operational KPIs, and overall plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
