• Monitor labour, materials, and equipment usage to maintain efficiency and cost control
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with internal departments to keep production aligned with business needs
• Mentor and develop team members to support long-term capability and succession planning

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in plant, production, or manufacturing leadership
• Background in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, industrial production
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
• Engineering, industrial, or related technical qualification preferred
