Job summary

Metric Bio is seeking a Plant Manager to lead site operations, drive performance, safety and continuous improvement at our Evansville facility. Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will build and mentor a capable leadership team, deliver site objectives and cultivate a culture of safety, efficiency and accountability across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and CI.

• Minimum 10 years' manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years leading a manufacturing facility.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred (other engineering disciplines will also be considered).
• Background within Chemical, Energy, Process or Food Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success leading plant transformations and improving operational performance.

I'm currently partnering with a well-established manufacturer looking to appoint a Plant Manager to lead site operations and continue driving performance, safety and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manufacturing leader to make a significant impact within an established operation.

The Role

Reporting into senior operations leadership, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the site, leading a team across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement.
