We are seeking an experienced and confident Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at our warehouse. The role involves managing production, distribution, and maintenance activities to ensure safety, quality, and profitability, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Developing and implementing warehouse operational systems for handling, storage, and shipping
• Managing inventory, logistics, and workflow processes to meet productivity and quality standards
• Ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to legal and company safety standards
• Overseeing daily activities including quality assurance, inventory control, and customer service
• Scheduling and managing warehouse personnel to optimize workflow and reduce overtime
• Coordinating logistics for product transportation and communicating with drivers
• Collaborating with Maintenance to maximize machine uptime and efficiency
• Working with departments on root cause analysis and process improvements

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of warehouse or operations management experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
