Job Opening: Plant Human Resource Manager - Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking an experienced Plant Human Resource Manager with onsite manufacturing experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure employment practices comply with company policies, legal regulations, and laws including EEOC, ADA, Civil Rights Act, and Affirmative Action.
  • Manage union relations, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and maintaining positive relations with union officials.
  • Handle plant personnel functions such as promotions, merit reviews, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
  • Oversee employee orientation, wage, salary, and benefit programs.
  • Manage administrative activities related to employee management, safety, counseling, and motivation.
  • Oversee Workers Compensation processes and investigations.
  • Ensure staffing needs are met through effective recruitment, selection, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement human resource processes to maintain operational effectiveness and compliance.
  • Foster a positive employee relations climate to maintain trust and confidence.
  • Be flexible to work weekends, early hours, and overtime as required.
Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent experience; HS Diploma required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years in union environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, HR management, industrial relations, and legal practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $96,000 - $137,180, based on experience and qualifications. Includes participation in an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits. Relocation assistance may be available.
