Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Hazleton, PA service center operations. You will oversee production, safety, quality, shipping, and maintenance, while coaching leaders and driving cost-efficient performance.

You will champion safety standards, manage staffing, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer demand and improve operational results."

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar operations leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, coaching employees, managing performance, and driving results.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and compliance; food safety experience preferred.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial and operational statements
• Strong communication, listening, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma experience is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and effectively manage operational change.

What You'll Do:

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a hands-on operations leader who can successfully manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• 7+ years of experience in a similar operations leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
