Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Portage, IN. You will lead daily manufacturing operations at our Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires 5+ years in operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory systems. Flexible to peak periods and a culture of continuous improvement is our norm.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies.
• Drive safety performance, report incidents, and set team safety goals.
• Lead and develop a high-caliber production team through coaching and recognition.
• Oversee training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and control operational costs in line with budget goals.
• Lead quality programs and ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards.
• Facilitate daily production to meet customer demands and support peak periods.
• Hold weekly team meetings and foster continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Facilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods
• Holding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Work Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
