Tosca Services, LLC (US) is hiring a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead day-to-day manufacturing at our Portage service center. You’ll ensure safety, quality, productivity, and develop a high-performing team while coordinating shipping, receiving, scheduling, and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies
• Driving world-class safety performance, reporting incidents, and setting team safety goals
• Leading and developing a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition
• Overseeing training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Monitoring and controlling operational costs in line with budget goals
• Leading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards
• Facilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods
• Holding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience

Work Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
