What You'll Do:

What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a hands‑on operations leader who can successfully manage people, processes, and performance in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• 7+ years of experience in a similar operations leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated success leading teams, coaching employees, managing performance, and driving results
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and compliance; food safety experience strongly preferred
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial and operational statements
• Strong communication, listening, judgment, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma experience is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 10%
