Job summary

Tandem/Neal Associates is seeking an experienced Operations/Plant Manager to lead both production and engineering teams in a Cincinnati facility. The role focuses on optimizing resources, ensuring compliance, and driving safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years in plant management or manufacturing operations, with strong communication and leadership skills. Automotive or aerospace supplier experience is a plus and a solid track record managing P&L is required.

MUST HAVE PRIOR Operations Manager or Plant Manager experience

They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees.
