Job summary

Bell & Associates, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations in Thomaston, GA. The role requires directing production, leading and training team leads, and ensuring safety, compliance and quality across processes.

The ideal candidate will analyze each manufacturing step, optimize resource use, collaborate with chemists on formula development, and ensure output targets are met while maintaining a healthy work environment for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or similar industry.
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations; strong communication and supervisory skills.
