Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid US driver's license.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Possess basic mechanical aptitude with ability to learn mechanical concepts.
• Demonstrates problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe practices to meet company safety standards and reduce risk.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Create, modify and close work orders in CMMS with accurate labor/parts records.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to execute maintenance safely and effectively.
• Maintain plant shop and maintenance tools; support facilities maintenance and audits.
• Use predictive maintenance tools to identify equipment issues and update PM plans.
• Support capital projects and ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production.
