Job summary

Vylor Inc. in York, NE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize reliability, safety, and uptime.

You will manage work orders in the CMMS, coordinate parts, train colleagues on PMs, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams while following strict safety standards. This 100% on-site role requires a high school diploma, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work safely.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Strong problem solving, teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe practices and drive risk reduction in maintenance activities.
• Perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Create, modify and close CMMS work orders with labor/parts data.
• Coordinate parts and planned work with vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Maintain plant shop and tools; support capital projects as needed.
• Lead and participate in plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
