Job summary

WM seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and building systems at our Conroe facility. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards are followed on all equipment including autoclave processes and pumps.

Role requires LOTO, confined-space experience, and the ability to read schematics; on-call shifts and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

4 years of related experience and/or training.
Experience with LOTO and confined-space programs.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs; participate in on-call rotations.
Maintain and service autoclave systems, pumps, HVAC, and electrical/generator systems.
Document work orders in CMMS and ensure safety procedures (LOTO, Confined Space, etc.) are followed.
Assist with inventory management and parts procurement.
Support safety and housekeeping initiatives and participate in ongoing training.
