Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the Casselton, ND Soybean Processing Plant to maintain equipment, perform installations, and support safety and quality programs.

You will troubleshoot, inspect, and repair processing equipment, read blueprints, and work with the team on preventive maintenance; heavy lifting and exposure to harsh conditions are expected. The role requires a high school diploma; prior maintenance experience is preferred, and the position includes

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of mechanical maintenance and equipment diagnostics.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Basic math and computer skills; capable of documenting work and using PM literature.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; install projects and perform needed repairs daily.
• Maintain inventory and complete documentation (checklists, PM records, repair notes).
• Follow safety, food safety and quality programs; participate in on-call and weekend coverage.
