Job summary

Cargill is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across the facility. You will diagnose issues on conveyors, pumps, fans, and process equipment while documenting work and ensuring safe operation.

The role requires ability to work in varied conditions, operate PPE, and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to work overtime are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends/holidays with notice
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE including a respirator
• Basic math skills and computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Completing preventative, predictive, reactive, and precision industrial maintenance throughout the facility
• Documenting all completed work and conditions found, using maintenance software
• Installing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing conveyors, fans, pumps, drives, and process machinery
• Operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial work platforms
• Interacting with peers and management regularly
• Following safety policies and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
