Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a hands-on production operator for our soybean processing location in North Dakota. You’ll participate in Safety, Food Safety, and Quality programs while helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will monitor equipment, record adjustments, assist with minor maintenance tasks, and work within daily operating parameters. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work shifts, including overtime, in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Fully participate in the company Safety, Food Safety, and Quality programs and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Perform duties to monitor and adjust processing to stay within daily operating parameters; communicate adjustments to shift supervisors.
• Record adjustments and other issues in the daily Prep Logbook for review by other shifts.
• Complete documentation timely, accurately, and legibly; fill daily log sheets including readings outside parameters.
• Monitor processing equipment and report mechanical issues to the shift supervisor.
