Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Vocational School Diploma, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as a line operator or similar training and experience.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds and stand for 8 hours; work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment.
• Immediately communicate unsafe conditions or injuries to the Plant Manager.
• Operate forklifts and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain facility housekeeping.
• Build job skills through company training programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain uptime.
• Manage uptime performance.
• Maintain inventories of spare parts and equipment.
• Keep all equipment in proper, safe working condition.
• Direct and perform scheduled preventive maintenance duties.
• Communicate with plant personnel and support services.
• Assist with service team projects.
• Understand and practice core values.
