Job summary

WM is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician in Kentucky for the third shift to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. You will maintain and repair equipment such as balers, conveyors, motors, and bearings, reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager.

The role offers a strong safety culture and opportunities for career growth. We require 2 years of relevant experience, your own tools, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Be over 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Own tools required; tool allowance after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and diagnose/repair major equipment (balers, conveyors, motors, bearings, etc.).
• Maintain daily equipment inspections backlog and adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and maintain high safety standards.
