Job summary

WM is hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician to keep our recycling plant running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment such as balers, conveyors, and motors, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Reporting to the Plant Maintenance Manager, you’ll handle inspections, repairs, and improvements while meeting production schedules. We offer uniforms and PPE, extensive paid training, comprehensive health coverage, and a stock

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform physical requirements (lift >50 lbs).
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and diagnose/repair major equipment (balers, conveyors, motors).
• Maintain and reduce backlog of daily equipment inspections (DEI).
• Assist in repairs with adherence to standard repair times and safety procedures.
