Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities across the facility. You will supervise a team to maintain plant equipment, ensure uptime, and support production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with production and facilities teams. Base salary accompanies a discretionary bonus program and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of directly related maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team performing repair, installation, and upkeep of plant equipment.
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and support team members.
• Support facility improvements, enforce policies, and coordinate tools/assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
