Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supervising mechanics and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of TPM/PM pillars and regulatory food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide the factory to reduce technical stoppages and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor equipment trends to minimize downtime.
• Lead PMs and changeovers to optimize maintenance activities.
• Maintain processing and packaging equipment for reliability.
• Plan materials, services, and job scheduling accurately.
• Develop a network of Factory SMEs and train them.
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and plant partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory environmental programs.
