Job summary

Essity in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Supervisor to lead the Maintenance department within the North America Global Supply Chain/Manufacturing team. You will drive Total Productive Maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of maintenance leadership, with strong project management and CMMS/SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance leadership or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning practices and CMMS/SAP.
• Strong knowledge of reliability and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Maintenance department aligned with the company plan.
• Lead TPM implementation to improve production efficiency and costs.
• Forecast maintenance needs and manage annual budget variances.
• Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor vibration programs and condition monitoring techniques.
• Prepare reports on machine condition and repairs.
