Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations across departments and shifts, providing technical leadership and support, empowering your team to succeed by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring they have the right tools, supplies, and equipment at their disposal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through work experience, internships, or other leadership opportunities.
• CMRP or direct experience with maintenance planning/supervision preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems; SAP or AMM experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, productive environment where associates can contribute and be valued.
• Train and develop associates; provide coaching and ensure clear expectations.
• Provide information and resources to help the team make decisions and solve problems.
• Manage team communications and document disciplinary actions when needed.
• Draft procedures, schedule work in Kronos, and handle supply/ maintenance requests.
• Guide the team to reduce downtime and review critical processes and utilities.
• Monitor equipment trends to minimize downtime and optimize operation.
• Propose KPIs and drive maintenance best practices.
• Facilitate maintenance activities to minimize planned/unplanned downtime.
• Support site operations as needed.
