Job summary

Faurecia is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor in the United States (Spring Hill, TN) to drive TPM for all equipment and facilities. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to set specs, coordinate repairs, and implement continuous productivity and quality improvements.

The role requires leading a maintenance team, maintaining documentation, and ensuring EMS compliance across ISO 14001 and 45001. Strong cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality, health, safety & environment practices.
• Advanced computer skills with ERP proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing components.

Responsibilities

• Define technical specs for equipment and facilities with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance for all equipment.
• Develop standards for equipment repair, setup, and operation.
• Lead continuous improvement workshops for productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance documentation.
• Oversee the maintenance management system (E-Time).
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Communicate safety information and trainings.
• Support EMS requirements like ISO 14001/45001.
