Job summary

Faurecia is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor in the United States (Spring Hill, TN) to drive TPM for all equipment and facilities. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to set specs, coordinate repairs, and implement continuous productivity and quality improvements.

The role requires leading a maintenance team, maintaining documentation, and ensuring EMS compliance across ISO 14001 and 45001. Strong cross-functional skills are essential.

• Maintain up-to-date maintenance documentation.
• Oversee the maintenance management system (E-Time).
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Communicate safety information and trainings.
• Support EMS requirements like ISO 14001/45001.

Job description

The role of a Plant Maintenance Supervisor is to participate in the Total and Productive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Manufacturing Engineering Department, to define technical specifications for equipment and facilities
• Coordinate both repair and preventive maintenance for all equipment
• Identify and develop standards for equipment repair, set up, and operation
• Participate in Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement: propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement actions for all facilities
• Keep up to date documentation related to maintenance
• Be responsible for the computer aided maintenance management system
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians
• Ensure proper coding of maintenance personnel in E-Time
• Assign maintenance tasks & ensure proper completion of work orders
• Conduct & record employee safety communications
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company
• Conform to requirements established in Blue Springs Plant ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure members in assigned area(s) of responsibility conform to relevant EMS requirements.
• Support environmental programs to achieve objectives and targets.
• Practice “Being Faurecia” values and act with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as with autonomy and accountability.
• Act in accordance with the behaviors established in Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
• Develop plans to complete tasks and projects as assigned: to include resources, parts, design, and coordination between stakeholders.
