Job summary

Bradley Professional is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility in Baltimore, MD. You will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive and emergency maintenance, and drive equipment reliability to minimize downtime.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong PLC and electrical knowledge, and a track record in leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food processing or related manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians while assigning daily work orders and priorities.
• Oversee preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, contractors, vendors, and equipment repairs.
• Manage maintenance projects, parts inventory, and departmental resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support production goals.
