Job summary

Bradley Professional is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for a manufacturing facility in Baltimore, MD. You will lead maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive and emergency maintenance, and drive improvements to equipment reliability while minimizing downtime.

The role requires 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong PLC/electrical/hydraulic/mechanical knowledge, and proven supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food processing, beverage, dairy, or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians and assign daily work orders.
• Oversee preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, contractors, vendors, and repairs.
• Manage maintenance projects, parts inventory, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance and support production goals.
