Bradley Professional is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for a manufacturing facility in Baltimore, MD. The role requires 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong PLC/electrical/hydraulic/mechanical knowledge, and proven supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food processing, beverage, dairy, or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians and assign daily work orders.
• Oversee preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, contractors, vendors, and repairs.
• Manage maintenance projects, parts inventory, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance and support production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians while assigning daily work orders and priorities.
• Oversee preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to reduce equipment downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, contractors, vendors, and equipment repairs.
• Manage maintenance projects, parts inventory, and departmental resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support production goals.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food processing, beverage, dairy, or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Technical degree, associate's degree, or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays.
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment and noise.
• Approximately 75% plant floor the opening with this.
